2. Eligibility

To use our website and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent.

3. Products & Availability

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and availability information are accurate. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable).

Please note: Colors and textures displayed on screen may not exactly match the delivered item due to variations in monitors and display settings.

4. Ordering & Payment

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to buy. Once we accept your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs, delivery times, and carriers are detailed during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., customs, strikes, weather).

6. Returns & Cancellations

All products sold on our website are currently offered on a pre-order basis. Each item is custom-produced using a multi-stage 3D printing process, making it unique and labor-intensive. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

For EU Customers (including Greece):

In accordance with Greek and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
  • You notify us in writing within the 14-day period.

To initiate a return under the right of withdrawal, contact us at ontshopify@gmail.com. After we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund (including standard shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days.

For Non-EU Customers:

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns once a pre-order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damage and your order number

Once verified, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including sizing or style preference.
  • Slight variations or surface textures may occur due to the nature of 3D printing and are not considered defects.
  • To avoid misunderstandings, please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

7. User Accounts

You may create an account for easier ordering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected misuse or fraud.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and designs, is the intellectual property of OKU NO TE or its partners. Use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
We do not guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free, although we take standard security measures.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
