Welcome to OKU NO TE. Our products are currently available exclusively on a pre-order basis. As each item is individually made-to-order using advanced 3D printing techniques, we ask for your understanding and care in reviewing our policies below.

 

 

 EU Customers (including Greece)

We follow the EU Consumer Rights Directive for all customers residing within the European Union:

  • Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the product — no questions asked.

  • To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery via email at [your email address].

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days.

  • No exchanges are accepted at this time.

 

 

 Non-EU Customers

Our policies for customers outside the EU are as follows:

  • Pre-order Cancellation: All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations of pre-orders once placed.

  • Returns: We do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind, sizing, or preference.

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

  • No exchanges are available.

 

 

 Production & Craftsmanship Notice

Every Okunote product is made using a unique, multi-stage 3D printing process. This means:

  • Slight variations or minor surface imperfections are a natural part of the process and not considered defects.

  • As each piece is custom-produced, we ask customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.

 

 

 Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines vary based on the product and destination. You will be notified when your pre-order has shipped.

  • Delays due to customs or third-party carriers are outside of our control, but we will support you with any needed documentation.
